Large steps in personal growth can be a major challenge for most people, including myself. As a naturopathic doctor my goal for clients, much like the world health organization suggests, is not to simply make people feel better but to encourage them to reach a complete state of physical, mental and social well-being. In striving for this goal, I was fortunate enough to come into contact with an amazing process that literally changed my perception in one session.

Since meeting Paul Robillard and working with the “Mindshift Program” I have been able to expand my self knowledge, better prioritize my goals and develop a better relationship with myself, my family and my clients. Using an integrative technique involving specific goal setting, defining certain negative thought patterns, and a regressional visualization, Paul was able to help produce lasting changes in thought patterns that I have been carrying with me since a young age. Through a guided meditation process, I was able to literally shift the way I think in certain situations.

As most of my clients know, I believe stress plays one of the largest roles in peoples chronic health concerns. “Mindshift” has the ability to help people experience stress differently. This process is an amazing tool for people seeking ways to improve their health and increase their self awareness and brain function.

I did my original session roughly one year ago and continue to work on my meditation exercises to this day. I do think that meditation plays a large role in reinforcing change but the boost that Paul provides is strongly encouraged for people that wish to have dramatic results in a short time.
